We have had several opportunities to design multifamily housing throughout the St. Louis area. We have designed anything from a villa duplex building to apartment buildings several stories tall. We have redeveloped buildings for lofts and designed new condo buildings. We have the unique ability to take a limited amount of space and turn it into a comfortable living space. We have designed attached town homes that with subtle design changes have their own individuality. The apartments we have designed are unique in the fact that they have wood burning fireplaces and vaulted ceilings.
